• Anything that is plug or battery operated is covered by the directive & must be reused or recycled and not sent to Landfill
• If it's IT equipment then the chances are that it has data stored on it and would need to undergo the destruction process
• If you are disposing of monitors, fluorescent tubes, fridges, TV's etc the chances are you will be classed as a producer of hazardous waste and would need a license from the Environment Agency. You also need to report to them on what you dispose of.
